EverQuote's $750,000 is Matthew's own early sizing, not a quoted or proposed price. It carries $75,000 of the weighted total on its own, so roughly half of the headline number rests on a figure nobody outside this CRM has seen.
Write the Athos Phase II proposal. It is $99,000, the largest firm number in the book, Chuck Haling has already asked for it, and it is weighted at 40% against a document that does not exist yet - $39,600 of the $155,450 weighted total is sitting on Matthew's desk, not a prospect's.

Matthew. Scope and shape the squad, then decide what a proposal covers. No scope document, no proposal, no close date. |

Matthew. Chuck Haling asked for the proposal and it is not written. The 51 days is Mark's own thread; the relationship runs live through Chuck. |
| MaaS pilot Jobber |
Active | Matt Kaplan SVP Product |
$75,000 placeholder |
$30,000 | Aug 24 25d |
Michael Luu. Revised SOW owed after the Sep 16 call. Matthew quoted $140,000 on Sep 15 against a $50,000 original; 75,000 is his deliberate mid-point until paper lands. |
| PG Advisory engagement ButterflyMX |
Active | Agata Bugaj CPO |
$20,000 | $8,000 | Sep 14 4d |
Matthew. Chase 2 days overdue Silent 13 days on the Sep 5 one-pager and the week-of-Sep-14 call never happened. Draft is written and unsent. |
| Competitor Teardown Jobber |
Proposal out | Vince Yang Senior PM |
$9,500 | $2,850 | Sep 3 15d |
Jobber. Proposal is out and awaiting a response. Second live Jobber deal, separate from the MaaS pilot above. |

Nobody, deliberately. On hold at Matthew's instruction until Athos Phase I is completely secured. Marc is the Athos exec sponsor. Inbound still answered normally. |

Engaged | Sanjay Vakil Cofounder and CEO |

Nobody. Stage query open BD stood down on Matthew's instruction - the relationship is PR's now - but the record still reads Engaged, so the pipeline counts a deal no one is working. |

Source. Folk CRM, Contacts group. Live opportunities are the records at Status Active or Engaged; Nurture, Unqualified and Lead are excluded, as is any Closed-won row without a deal value.
Weighting. Deal value times the stage win-probability scheme in context/crm-workflow.md. Proposal out is a sent proposal rather than a Status value, read from the record. Only opportunities carrying a deal value contribute, and two rows here carry none, so the weighted figure understates.
Last touch. Folk's logged interaction timestamp for that contact. CRM entries written during the run are not counted as touches, which is why several rows edited today still show an older date.
Two deals at one company. Jobber carries the MaaS pilot and the Competitor Teardown on two different contacts because Folk holds one deal value per person. They are separate rows, not a duplicate.
One figure in dispute. ButterflyMX reads Active in Folk while its own notes say the stage should be Engaged. It is weighted at Active pending Matthew's call, which is the difference between $8,000 and $2,000.
